Our Wholesale Prices are for licensed wholesalers, retailers, chain stores, online store & MORE.

What do I need in order to be eligible for a wholesale account?
We are a wholesaler and are not open to the public. In order to protect our resellers, please email us a copy of your business documentation such as your Federal Tax ID/EIN number, State Reseller's Permit, or Business License to our email address: Sales@JGIjewelry.com

 

What is tiered pricing?
Our wholesale discounts are tiered and based on purchase quantity. Please call for volume discount if you are placing large quantity order on an item.

How soon can I start ordering?
After you have created an account, you will get immediate access to our wholesale pricing, you can then, place your order today. We will call you only if we have questions about your registration.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes, all orders placed require a minimum purchase of $100.

 

What are my payment options?
1)  We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments, primarily using PayPal as our payment gateway. 

2)  Or you can give us a call, 213.623.3193, and we accept payments over the phone.

 

Schedule and Ship Your Order
Soon after you submit your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you and your order will be processed. We will email you an invoice and notify you with the tracking number on the day it ship.  Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order.

 

Are wholesale items eligible for returns / refunds?
Wholesale orders are not eligible for a cash refund. All wholesale orders are considered final.  Returns are accepted for damaged/defective/wrong items only with RMA number.

 

How is jewelry items packaged?
Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a poly-bag.

 

Do you have a printed version of your trade catalog with prices available to mail to me?
We currently do not have our products on printed catalogue.  

 

What are the shipping options?
We use FedEx and USPS.

 

Where is the product being shipped from?
We will be shipping your order directly from Los Angeles, California, USA.

 

Do you allow exclusive distribution rights in certain territories or markets?

What currency are the prices in?
The prices are shown in US dollars. We currently only accept US dollars.

 

Can I use JGIJEWELRY.COM images on my site?
Please submit your request and get our approval.

 

Order changes OR cancellation of the order:
We allow our customers to change or cancel their orders within 24 Hour. All changes or cancellations must be submitted before the end of the 2nd Day (from the day the order was placed). If the order was placed on Friday, the order is allowed to be changed or cancelled before the end of Monday. All other considerations will be decided by us.
