Shipping & Returns


We ship nationwide for a flat rate of $11 per order. Faster shipping options are available for additional costs. Please contact us at sales@JGIjewelry.com for additional shipping details.



We ship worldwide to almost any country. We offer one low flat rate shipping fee of $45.00 USD for international orders. Please contact us at sales@JGIjewelry.com for additional details.



Occasionally we offer free shipping as a special promotion.



  • Soon after you submit your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you and your order will be processed.
  • We will email you an invoice and notify you about the tracking number on the day your order is shipped out.  Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order.



  • Returns are accepted for damaged/defective/wrong items only. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please inspect your merchandise carefully and contact us within 7 days upon delivery. 
  • Please indicate your name, contact number, order number, and quantity damaged/defective/wrong items within the email.
  • We will confirm your requested claim within 24 hours and will advise you through the claim. Upon acceptance of your approved claim, we will provide you with RMA number.
  • We will not accept any returned packages without a RMA # issued by us.
  • All returned packages must be shipped with a tracking number.
  • Refund will be issued only when we receive the returned merchandise
  • Missing Merchandise
    All orders are double checked prior to shipping. Missing merchandise is unlikely. In case it does occur, it will require that you contact us within 72 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us is made regarding the missing items within 72 hours, all merchandise are considered received.
